Gezira Preparatory School

I too attended Gezira Preparatory School in the early 1950s. I remember Mahmoud
Mahmoud, which is prompting me to respond to you. I have a picture of our class
and can still name some of the people in the photo. Do any of these names mean
anything to you? I am sixty two now, so I would have been a couple of years ahead of you.

Zeba and Zehra Hussain. (Pakistani)
Timon Timon (Turkish)
Ian Dimopolous, Anthony Dermatopoulos (Greek)
Teddy Black (English)
Minouche Salem (?)

I vaguely remember the Miller boys, but then a long time has passed and memory
often plays tricks on you.
